Church Heights is an exclusive gated development of three residences on the upmarket Church Road in Holywood, Co. Down.

A high-end positioning was delivered with a clean and opulent brand that mixed classic serif fonts with an elegant colour palette of black, white, cream and gold.

The brand and CGIs of the deluxe interior and exterior elevations were designed through signage, print and digital advertising. Brochures were printed on stunning uncoated paper stock and a subtle gold foil finishing.
